摘  要:利用溴化-1-十二烷基-3-甲基咪唑为胶束电动毛细管色谱的假固定相,建立了对苏氨酸进行测定的方法。详细考察了缓冲溶液pH值及浓度、离子液体型表面活性剂的种类及用量、分离高压、进样条件等因素。最优实验条件如下:以未涂层弹性石英毛细管(55 cm×75μm)为分离通道,25 mmol·L^(-1)的表面活性剂+20 mmol·L^(-1)磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=8.0)为运行缓冲溶液,运行高压-25 kV,柱温为23℃,压力进样50 mmbar×40 s。对苏氨酸检测的线性范围为0.01~2 mg·mL^(-1),检出限为5 mg·L^(-1)。结果表明,该方法简单、分析速度快,重现性好。The applicability of an ionic liquid based cationic surfactant 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(C 12 MImBr)as pseudostationary phase in micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC)has been evaluated for the analysis of threonine.The factors such as pH and concentration of buffer solution,the type and amount of surfactant,the type and amount of ionic liquid,the separation voltage and sample situations were studied in detail.The optimal experimental conditions were achieved as follows,uncoated fused silica capillary(55 cm x 75μm)as the separation channel,25 mmol·L-1 C 12 MImBr+20 mmol·L-1 phosphate buffer solution(pH=8.0)as running buffer,the seperation voltage:25 kV,the column temperature:23℃,the sample hydrodynamic injection:50 mmbar x 40 s.Under the optimum conditions,the calibration curves were linear in the range of 5~200 mg·L-1 and the limit of detection was 1 mg·L-1.The results indicated that this method is simple,fast with a good reproducibility.
