摘　　要：目的:研究von WilleBrand factor(血管性血友病因子)在下肢深静脉血栓形成急性期患者血中的表达。方法:筛选佳木斯大学附属第一医院血管外科2016-11~2017-09收治的下肢DVT患者358例为DVT组,健康自愿者30例为对照组,采集血液标本,以ELISA法测定v WF在血浆中的浓度。结果:试验发现DVT组(58.45±8.48)ng/m L与对照组(53.24±9.95)ng/m L,DVT组数据高于对照组,经t检验得出t=2.293,P=0.026,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在下肢DVT急性期患者的血中,v WF浓度升高,表示v WF可能参与DVT急性期的形成过程,v WF介导的血小板黏附的具体机制仍需探索,但不可否认的是,此研究仍为DVT早期应用抗血小板治疗提供了新的理论依据。Objective:To investigate the expression of von WilleBrand factor in the blood of patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods:30 patients with lower extremity DVT admitted to the Department of Vascular Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from November 2016 to September 2017 were selected as DVT group and 30 healthy volunteers as Control group.Blood samples were collected and analyzed by ELISA,and the concentration of vWF in plasma was determined.Results:The data of the DVT group(58.45±8.48)ng/mL and the control group(53.24±9.95)ng/mL,the DVT group were higher than those of the control group.The“t”test showed that t=2.293,P=0.026,and there is statistical significance for its difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the blood of patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,the increased concentration of vWF remains to be explored,indicating that vWF may be involved in the development of acute DVT and vWF-mediated platelet adhesion.However,it is undeniable that this study still provides a new theoretical basis for the early application of antiplatelet therapy in DVT.
