摘　　要：目的:研究慢乙肝患者的两项常用实验室指标e抗原(HBeAg)、肝功能与外周血CD8^+ T细胞的关系。方法:收取慢乙肝患者76例,按感染状态的不同分四组:HBeAg阳性肝功能正常组13例;HBeAg阳性肝功能异常组25例;HBeAg阴性肝功能正常组20例;HBeAg阴性肝功能异常组18例。另收集健康对照组(HC)21例。分别检测生化学、血清学指标及CD8^+ T细胞水平,统计并分析数据。结果:肝功能正常慢乙肝患者(29.11±4.99)、健康对照(32.60±5.62)、肝功能异常慢乙肝患者(35.83±6.16)相比,外周血CD8^+ T细胞水平逐渐增高,且差别都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)慢乙肝患者的细胞免疫应答功能不受影响;(2)判断慢性HBV感染的感染状态时,可参考肝功能水平,不必参考HBeAg状态。Objective:To study the relationship between two commonly used laboratory indexes,e antigen(HBeAg),liver function and peripheral blood CD8^+T cells in patients with chronic HBV infection.Methods:76 patients were received chronic HBV infection.According to the different infection status,they were divided into four groups:13 cases in HBeAg positive group with normal liver function;HBeAg positive abnormal liver function group with 25 cases;HBeAg negative normal liver function group with 20 cases;HBeAg negative abnormal liver function group with 18 cases.Another 21 healthy controls(HC)were collected.The biochemical,serological indexes and CD8^+T cell levels were detected,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results:Peripheral blood CD8+T cell levels were increased gradually among normal liver function in patients with chronic HBV infection,healthy controls,and abnormal liver function in patients with chronic HBV infection.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:①The cellular immune response function of chronic HBV infected people is not affected;②When judging the infection state of chronic HBV infection,the liver function level can be referred to without reference to the HBeAg state.
