摘  要:采用臭氧微气泡曝气生物膜反应器(MOABR)对实际校园污水二级生化处理出水进行深度处理,考察了臭氧投加量对MOABR运行性能和生物膜活性的影响,并与传统曝气生物滤池(BAF)深度处理工艺进行比较。结果表明,MOABR工艺中,臭氧微气泡曝气处理效果优于空气微气泡曝气,臭氧投加量对MOABR运行性能有明显影响。在臭氧投加量与进水COD比值(O/C)为0.007 1时,MOABR运行性能最优,COD去除率及去除负荷分别为61.7%、2.25kg/(m^3·d),氨氮去除率及去除负荷分别为17.4%、0.32kg/(m^3·d),臭氧投加量过高对生物膜活性有抑制作用。MOABR处理能力显著高于BAF,在最优臭氧投加量条件下(O/C为0.007 1),MOABR平均COD去除负荷为BAF的2.5倍,平均氨氮去除负荷为BAF的1.7倍。MOABR中微气泡臭氧氧化的作用为改善废水可生化性,COD的去除仍主要依靠生物降解实现。A microbubble ozone aerated biofilm reactor(MOABR)was used for advanced treatment of the real campus domestic wastewater(CDW)after secondary biological treatment.The influence of ozone dosage on MOABR performance and biofilm activity were investigated,the performance was also compared with traditional biological advanced treatment process of biological aerated filter(BAF).The results showed that the treatment effect was better when using ozone microbubble aeration in MOABR process than that using air microbubble aeration.The ozone dosage influenced the performance of MOABR greatly.The more efficient performance of MOABR was achieved at the ratio of ozone dosage to influent COD amount(O/C)of 0.007 1.In this case,the average COD removal efficiency was 61.7%,and loading rate removed was 2.25 kg/(m 3·d).In addition,the average ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency and loading rate removed were 17.4%and 0.32 kg/(m 3·d),respectively.The high ozone dosage inhibited biofilm activity.Moreover,the treatment capacity of MOABR was much higher than that of BAF.The average COD and ammonia nitrogen loading rates removed of MOABR at the better ozone dosage(O/C of 0.007 1)were 2.5 and 1.7 times of BAF,respectively.The effect of microbubble ozonation was the improvement of wastewater biodegradability in MOABR,but the biological treatment was still responsible for COD removal.
