摘  要:为了更好地在实验室模拟风力机,在分析其运行及最大风能捕获特性基础上,通过简单6次多项式的拟合,构建风力机数学模型,采用直接转矩模拟方案,控制直流电动机的电枢电流,进而模拟控制风力机转矩。设计了多通道高速数据采集板DTE3216,实现了PC机和风力机模拟系统的实时通讯,构成了较为完整的风力机模拟平台。实验运行结果表明,固定风速及变风速下,平台均可实现风力机运行及其最大风能捕获特性模拟,模拟拟合曲线与理论计算曲线基本吻合,验证了该设计的有效性。In order to better simulate the wind turbine in the laboratory,the mathematical model of wind turbine is constructed by a simple 6 order polynomial based on analysis of the operation characteristics and capture the maximum wind energy of the wind turbine,direct torque simulation scheme is used,the torque of the wind turbine is controlled by controlling the armature current of DC motor.A multi-channel high-speed data acquisition board DTE3216 is designed,which realizes real-time communication between PC and wind turbine simulation system,forming a more complete wind turbine simulation platform.The experimental results show that under the fixed wind speed and variable wind speed,the platform can achieve the simulation of the operation characteristics and capture the maximum wind energy of the wind turbine,the simulation fitting curve is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation curve,and the validity of the design is verified.
