摘　　要：针对变电站日常基建验收、例检维护中发现的电容器电压保护二次接线错误导致电容器本体电压保护误动或拒动的现象,根据电容器差压及不平衡电压保护二次接线原理及检测方法,研制出一套电容器差压或不平衡电压保护回路二次接线核对器,用来替代传统的二次回路芯线核对方法。对核对器系统构架及软硬件设计流程进行了阐述,实际应用表明,该核对器使用简单、测试结果准确有效,并缩短现场测试时间。Aiming at the phenomenon of the capacitor voltage protection misoperation or refusing action in the transformer substation construction acceptance and check maintenance because of the voltage protection secondary wiring errors,this paper developed a set of secondary wiring verifier based on the secondary wiring principle and testing method for the differential pressure or voltage imbalance protection,to replace the traditional secondary circuit core wire verification method.This paper expounded the software and hardware design flow of verifier systematic framework.The practical application shows that this verifier is simple to be used and the test results are accurate and effective with shortening testing time.
