摘  要:以粉末活性炭(AC)为原料,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)/硅溶胶为胶黏剂制备球状成型活性炭。考察热处理温度和胶黏剂添加量对成型活性炭强度和丁烷吸附的影响。研究结果表明,CMC/硅溶胶添加量为10%,热处理温度为120℃时,制得的成型活性炭强度高达99.94%,比表面积为845.24 m^2·g^(-1),总孔容为0.64 cm^3·g^(-1),丁烷工作容量为90.28 g·L^(-1)。使用CMC/硅溶胶有机-无机胶黏剂制备的成型活性炭具有较高的强度、比表面积、孔容和耐水性能。The formed activated carbon was prepared by using powdered activated carbon(AC)as raw material and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)/silica sol as adhesive.The effects of heat treatment temperature and CMC/silica sol content in the strength and butane adsorption capacity of formed activated carbon were studied.The test results showed that when CMC/silica sol content was 10%and heat treatment temperature was 120℃,the strength of formed activated carbon was 99.94%,specific surface area was 845.24 m 3·g-1,total pore volume was 0.64 cm 3·g-1 and butane working capacity was 90.28 g·L-1.The formed activated carbon prepared by using CMC/silica sol organic-inorganic adhesive had high strength,specific surface area,total pore volume and water resistance.
