摘 要:采用阳离子交换树脂(CER)从脱水污泥中提取微生物絮凝剂(MBF)。先行对CER进行预处理,然后对各种影响CER从脱水污泥中提取MBF的条件进行分析。最后将相应因素进行正交实验,得出最佳提取条件。研究结果表明:最佳酸碱条件为p H=11;最佳搅拌时间为2 h;最佳搅拌速度为650 r/min;最佳树脂投加量为40 g/g VSS;最佳污泥悬液浓度为90 g/L。从而为污泥的资源化利用提供了新的途径,降低了MBF的生产成本。Microbial flocculant(MBF)was extracted from dehydrated sludge by cation exchange resin(CER).CER was pretreated,and then the conditions of various effects of CER extraction of MBF from dehydrated sludge were analyzed.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment of the corresponding factors.The results showed that the best acid and alkali conditions were pH=11,the best stirring time was 2 h,the best agitation speed was 650 r/min,the best resin dosage was 40 g/gVSS,and the best sludge suspension concentration was 90 g/L.It would provide a new way for the resource utilization of sludge and reducing the production cost of MBF.
