摘 要:目的以沙棘原浆为原料优化其颗粒剂的处方及制备工艺。方法考察冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法、传统热浓缩等方法对沙棘原浆浓缩工艺的影响,筛选辅料配比优化制剂处方,以颗粒成型率、总黄酮含量、含水量等多指标评价,采用正交设计法对颗粒的制备工艺进行优化。结果传统热浓缩法适合于沙棘原浆制备浸膏,处方中浸膏、麦芽糊精、糖粉比例为1∶1.5∶5;颗粒厚度为10 mm时,75℃温度条件下干燥6 h,所制得的颗粒经检查符合相关要求。结论沙棘颗粒处方合理,制备工艺简单,颗粒合格率高、质量稳定且可控,易于推广。Objective To optimize the prescription and its preparation technology of Hippophae rhamnoides granules using Hippophae rhamnoides puree as raw material.Methods The effects of freeze drying,spray drying,and traditional thermal concentration on the concentration process of Hippophae rhamnoides puree were investigated,and the formulation prescription by screening the ratio of excipients was optimized.With granules formation rate,total flavonoid content,and moisture as indicators,the preparation process of granules was optimized using orthogonal design method.Results The method for concentrating the Hippophae rhamnoides puree into extract was traditional thermal concentration.The ratio of extract,maltodextrin and sugar powder was 1∶1.5∶5.The obtained granules are checked to meet the relevant requirements with the particle thickness of 10 mm and dried at 75℃for 6 h..Conclusion The formulation of Hippophae rhamnoides granules is reasonable,the preparation process is simple,the qualified rate of granules is high,and the quality of the granules is stable and controllable.
