摘　　要：志愿服务是推进实践育人的必要途径。高校志愿服务为大学生提供了成长成才的平台,也是展现新时代的新青年形象的重要窗口。志愿服务所倡导的甘于付出、助人为乐的奉献精神与扶危济困、乐善好施的医风医德是极为契合的。通过调研揭示医学生医德教育以及医学生参加志愿服务的现状,探讨如何更好地促进志愿服务在医学生医德培养中的作用。Voluntary service is a necessary way to promote the practice of educating people.Voluntary service in colleges and universities provides a platform for college students to grow up and become talented.It is also an important window to show the image of the new youth in the new era.Voluntary service advocates willing to pay,to help others with the dedication to help the poor,benevolent medical ethics is extremely appropriate.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the current situation of medical students'medical ethics education and the current situation of medical students participation in voluntary service,to explore how to better combine volunteer service with medical moral cultivation of medical students.
