摘 要:甩手疗法对于手臂功能的恢复以及加强具有较好的疗效,然而传统的甩手疗法训练方式没有监督且枯燥乏味,用户难以长时间坚持,达不到应有训练效果。基于Unity3D游戏引擎和Kinect体感器开发的辅助评估训练系统,提出手臂运动的多特征综合评估方法,可给予用户更好的实时训练反馈,引导用户规范地完成评估训练。基于虚拟现实平台搭建的系统让甩手疗法更具有游戏趣味性,吸引用户自主完成评估训练,最终达到较好的训练效果。Swing-arm therapy has a great effect on the rehabilitation and strengthening of the arm motor function.However,the traditional therapy does not achieve good results because the proves are boring and very difficult for users to persist for long time in the absence of supervision.Develops a system of swing-arm therapy auxiliary training based on Kinect and Unity3D,and proposes the methods of multiple eigenvalue comprehensive evaluation,which can give users better feedback,guide users to complete the evaluation training.In addition,the system built on the virtual reality platform makes the process of the swing-arm therapy more interesting like a game.It allows users to take the initiative to complete the task of rehabilitation training,guide users to finish the evaluation training,and ultimately achieves better training effect.
