摘 要:目的了解南京医科大学第一附属医院脑膜脓毒性伊丽莎白金菌(EM)的临床分布及耐药现状。方法采用回顾性调查方法收集该医院2012-2016年EM临床分离株及有关临床资料,数据用WHONET5.6软件进行统计分析。结果2012-2016年共分离不发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌10 301株,其中EM 27株,占0.26%;菌株主要分离自综合ICU(12株,占44.4%),标本以痰液为主(占77.8%);体外药敏试验结果表明EM对美罗培南耐药率达到100%;对甲氧苄啶-磺胺甲唑敏感率达到100%。结论 EM临床分离率5年间呈上升趋势,对多种抗生素呈现高耐药率,应引起临床足够重视。Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility profile of Elizabethkingia meningosepticum(EM)in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University during the period from 2012 to 2016.Methods Clinical data of the patients with hosptical infection caused by EM were collected retrospectively.WHONET 5.6 software was used for statistical analysis.Results During the period from 2012 to 2016,27(0.26%)EM strains were identified from the 10 301 strains of gramnegative bacteria.These EM strains were mainly from integrated ICU(44.4%).Most strains(77.8%)were isolated from sputum.In vitro antimicrobial susceptibility testing showed that all the EM strains were resistant to meropenem.However,all the EM strains were susceptible to trimethprim-sulfamethoxazole.Conclusions The prevalence of EM is increasing in clinical pathogens.EM isolates are resistant to many antibiotics,which is an issue of concern in clinical practice.
