摘　　要：针对高校图书馆中文图书采购过程中普遍存在的到书率低、到书时间长等问题,文章结合山东大学图书馆的实践做法,介绍了"抢单式"中文图书采选模式,在馆配商之间引入竞争机制,以事实数据为依据,加强对馆配商的评价考核,提高了图书采选质量。In the course of Chinese books purchasing in university libraries,there is a common problem of low arrival rate and long arrival time of books.Aiming at the problems,the paper presents Chinese Book Selection Mode of“Snatching Orders冶,which introduces the competition mechanism among library distributors and has been practiced in Shandong University library.Basing on factual data,the library can strengthen the evaluation and assessment of the distributors,and as a result the quality of book selection has been improved.
