基于网站调查的高校图书馆用户教育研究

摘　　要：文章从"中国科教评价网"编制的"中国重点大学综合竞争力排行榜"中选取42所高校图书馆为调查对象,统计分析了样本馆网站中有关用户教育的相关数据。根据调研结果,指出高校图书馆用户教育存在的问题,提出从实行弹性工作机制、更新教育内容、拓展用户教育形式、实行个性化教育、提高馆员自身素质、加入游戏化元素等方面,改进图书馆用户教育。This paper investigates 42 library websites of university from the aspects of content,schedule,category setting and online education development of user education.According to the results of the investigation,some suggestions are put forward,such as implementing flexible working mechanism,updating educational content,expanding the form of user education,implementing personalized education,improving the quality of librarians and joining game elements.
