摘　　要：读者数据是分析读者借阅情况的基础,是了解读者借阅需求的前提。文章对江苏省27所普通高校发布的2016年度图书借阅排行榜的166种图书进行调查研究,根据调查结果,提出从优化资源、提升服务与创新管理三方面提升图书馆服务和管理水平。Reader data is the basis for analyzing readers’borrowing situation,and is the premise to understand readers’borrowing needs.This paper investigates and studies the 166 books published in 27 ordinary colleges and universities in Jiangsu province for the year 2016 book borrowing and reading list.According to the results of the survey,the paper proposes to improve the library service and management level from three aspects of optimizing resources,improving service and innovation management.
