摘  要:以TMS320F2812作为控制核心,待测脉冲信号由电阻分压后经过峰值检波电路,由TMS320F2812对其采样和处理得到其幅值,待测脉冲信号经过不同门限电平的比较器,将比较结果送TMS320F2812进行计数,从而得到脉冲信号的频率、占空比、上升时间和下降时间.该方案实现的脉冲信号参数测量仪具有成本低、便捷性强、精度高的特点.A pulse signal parameter measuring instrument was designed using TMS320F2812 as the control core.The measured pulse signal was passed by the peak-value detector after resistive subdivision,then the amplitude of the pulse signal was obtained with TMS320F2812 sample and processing of it.The pulse signal was measured by the comparator of the different threshold level.The comparison results were counted by TMS320F2812,and the frequency of the pulse signal,duty ratio,the increase time and the decrease time were obtained.The plan of pulse signal parameter measuring instrument has the characteristics of low cost,high convenience and high precision.
