苯磺酸氨氯地平片与美托洛尔在治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭中的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的对老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片结合美托洛尔的临床疗效与安全性进行探究。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月于北京市健宫医院收治的高血压合并心力衰竭的老年患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用苯磺酸氨氯地平片+美托洛尔联合治疗,比较两组在临床疗效和安全性上的差异。结果将两组的临床疗效进行比较,对照组为73.33%,观察组为90.00%,对照组低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的左室射血分数(EF)为48.52±3.86、心脏指数(CI)为(2.47±0.48)min/m2、左室舒张末径(LVEDd)为(51.11±2.16)mm、左室收缩末径(LVESd)为(38.63±2.74)mm,心功能指标显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.66%,高于对照组的3.33%,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的老年患者,采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片+美托洛尔治疗,疗效确切,安全性高,适合临床应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet and metoprolol in patients with senile essential hypertension(EH)complicated by heart failure.Methods The patients(n=60)were chosen from Beijing Jiangong Hospital from Feb.2015 to Feb.2016,and divided randomly into control group and observation group(each n=30).The control group was given routine therapy,and observation group was additionally given combined therapy of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet and metoprolol.The difference in clinical efficacy and safety was compared between 2 groups.Results The comparison in clinical efficacy showed that the total effective rate was 73.33%in control group and 90%in observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was(48.52±3.86),cardiac index(CI)was(2.47±0.48)min/m2,left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter(LVEDd)was(51.11±2.16)mm,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESd)was(38.63±2.74)mm in observation group.The heart functional indexes were significantly superior in observation group to those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.66%in observation group and 3.33%in control group without statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet and metoprolol has definite curative effect and higher safety in patients with EH complicated by heart failure,which is suitable for clinical application.
