祛伤灵1号方配合整脊手法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症60例

摘　　要：目的:对祛伤灵1号方配合整脊治疗60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症进行疗效评价,进一步指导临床治疗。方法:试验组(祛伤灵1号方)与对照组(腰痛宁胶囊),各30例,试验组口服中药汤剂,服法:每日1剂,分早、晚2次口服,各100ml,连续2周为一个疗程。对照组口服腰痛宁胶囊,每次3粒,每日2次,连续服药2周。两组均以2周为观察期。治疗前后分别进行疼痛强度计分评定,判断治疗效果。结果:运用祛伤灵1号方合并整脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症,在疼痛强度、疼痛缓解度,镇痛效果方面相对于对照组腰痛宁胶囊具有优势。结论:对于血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗,以活血化瘀法为主要治则,祛伤灵1号方合并整脊治疗效果肯定,值得推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of the QushanglingⅠprescription(祛伤灵1号)and chiropractic manipulation on 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation of the Qizhi Xueyu type(气滞血瘀型),and furtherly to guide the clinical treatment.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given the QushanglingⅠprescription.The control group was given the Yaotongning capsule(腰痛宁胶囊).The observation period was 2 weeks in two groups.The pain intensity score was evaluated before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was judged.Results:The QushanglingⅠprescription and chiropractic manipulation show better advantages of pain intensity,pain relief and analgesic effects.Conclusion:The Huoxue Huayu therapy(活血化瘀法)was the main treatment principles.The QushanglingⅠprescription and chiropractic manipulation show a good effect,and are worthy of promotion and application.
