中药干预氯氮平所致便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药干预氯氮平所致便秘的临床疗效,评估其应用价值。方法:选择2015年5月-2017年5月我院收治的80例出现氯氮平所致便秘的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组的40例患者使用果导片进行治疗,观察组的40例患者使用番泻叶进行治疗。治疗后观察对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率与不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学研究意义,P<0.05;在不良反应方面,观察组患者的发生率略高于对照组,但两组的差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:中药番泻叶治疗氯氮平所致便秘的临床治疗效果比西药果导片更佳,虽有不良反应发生,但调整服药剂量后即可缓解,因此临床治疗氯氮平所致的便秘时,可向患者推荐服用番泻叶进行治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM medicine on constipation from clozapine.Methods:80 patients were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group.40 patients in the control group were given phenolphthalein.40 patients in the observation group were treated with senna.Results:After the treatment,the clinical efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the observation group were slightly higher than the control group.The difference between two groups was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of senna on constipation from clozapine is better than that of the western medicine.Although adverse reactions may occur,the symptom can be relieved after adjusting the dosage of senna.Therefore,senna can be applied in treating constipation.
