盐酸氟桂利嗪与强力定眩联合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸氟桂利嗪联合强力定弦治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:将64例颈性眩晕患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,5mg/次,2次/天,联合强力定眩片口服,5片/次,3次/天。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,5mg/次,2次/天。两组治疗20天后观察比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.63%,对照组总有效率为78.13%,治疗组疗效高于对照组,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氟桂利嗪联合强力定眩治疗颈性眩晕疗效满意,不良反应很少。Objective:To observe the curative effect of flunarizine hydrochloride with the Qiangli Dingxuan tables(强力定眩片)on cervical vertigo.Methods:64 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was given flunarizine hydrochloride,5 mg per time,2 times per day,with the Qiangli Dingxuan tables,5 tablets per time,3 times per day.The control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride,5 mg per time,2 times per day.Results:The total efficacy was 90.63%in the treatment group,better than 78.13%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flunarizine hydrochloride with the Qiangli Dingxuan tables is effective on cervical vertigo,with fewer adverse reactions.
