燥证中医临床疾病分布的文献研究

摘　　要：目的:通过检索分析中医临床文献,找出具有燥证的临床疾病的分布情况,为燥证类型的各临床疾病诊治提供依据,同时为阐明燥证的产生机理提供参考。方法:检索中国知网1979-2017年公开发表的中医临床研究文献,对文献中涉及的西医病名规范化整理后,进行频数统计,确定疾病分别情况,对燥证最常见的两种疾病进行病因病机分析,阐述燥证产生的部分机理。结果:共纳入584篇文献。燥证出现频次>2次的疾病按频次高低依次为银屑病、干燥综合征、便秘、湿疹、高血压、皮炎、瘙痒症、慢性阻塞性肺病、荨麻疹、溃疡性结肠炎、慢性支气管炎、脱发、2型糖尿病、慢性胃炎、普通感冒、斑秃、艾滋病、肛裂、角化型手足癣、慢性鼻炎、慢性肾衰竭、慢性咽炎、玫瑰糠疹、亚急性咳嗽。结论:燥证所涉及的西医临床病种分布广泛,这些临床疾病中部分疾病的确切病因及病理机制尚不清楚。但是这些疾病若表现出燥证类似的临床表现,通过中医药的辨证论治方法按燥证的方药进行治疗取得了较好的疗效。Objective:According to the distribution of dryness syndrome,the mechanism of dryness syndrome was explanted,to prove a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of various clinical diseases of dryness syndrome.Methods:The literature of TCM clinical research in CNKI from 1979 to 2017 was retrieved.After standardizing the names of Western medicines,the distribution of the disease was determined.The cause and pathogenesis of the two most common diseases of the dryness syndrome were analyzed;and the mechanism of the dryness syndrome was explained.Results:584 documents were included.According to the frequency of dryness syndrome,the incidence more than 2 times is psoriasis,dryness syndrome,constipation,eczema,hypertension,dermatitis,pruritus,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,urticaria,ulcerative colitis,chronic bronchitis,alopecia,type 2 diabetes,chronic gastritis,common cold,alopecia areata,AIDS,anal fissure,tinea of feet and hands,chronic rhinitis,chronic renal failure,chronic pharyngitis,pityriasis rosea,subacute cough in order.Conclusion:There are a wide range of clinical diseases involved in dryness syndrome.The exact etiology and pathomechanism of some diseases are not clear.However,if these diseases show similar clinical manifestations of dryness syndrome,it has achieved a good effect in TCM based on syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the prescription of dryness syndrome.
