摘　　要：梅核气为中医病名,是临床多发病,女性多见,多因情志不畅,气机郁滞,痰气互结,停聚咽喉所致,西医并无此病名,治疗上亦无明确诊治方案,临床效果不甚理想,而运用中医药手段治疗此病优势明显,效果显著。刘爱东教授认为此病与气机密切相关,治疗上提倡调理气机,以疏肝理气化痰,降逆散结消痞为主,效如桴鼓。Globus hysteriocus is the name of traditional Chinese medicine.It frequently occurrs in the clinical practice and is often seen in women.It is caused by poor emotion,Qi(气)stagnation,phlegm heat stasis,which stops in the throat.Western medicine has no such disease name,neither definite diagnosis and treatment plan.Therefore,the clinical effect is not ideal.And the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine treatment is obvious,and the effect is remarkable.Professor Liu Aidong thinks the disease is closely related to the activities of Qi.The treatment lies in regulating Qi,the liver Qi and phlegm,which achieves good effects.
