摘  要:目的:对脑梗死后偏瘫患者应用电针结合悬吊运动、PNF训练治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:选取102例脑梗死后偏瘫患者进行分析,将其随机均分为两组,对照组给予电针+PNF训练,观察组给予电针、PNF训练和悬吊运动治疗,各组51例患者,就不同治疗方法的应用效果展开对比。结果:从平衡功能评估治疗方案,治疗后4周后、8周后观察组的(BBS)、(FMB)得分均高于对照组,数据组间明显,(P<0.05)。从治疗总有效率评估治疗方案,观察组显著高于对照组,即(92.15%)>(74.51%)(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合悬吊运动及PNF训练治疗,可改善患者平衡功能,有效增进治疗效果,故更值得临床推广于脑梗死后偏瘫患者的治疗中。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture with PNF training and suspension exercise for hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods:102 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.The control group was given electric acupuncture+PNF training,while the observation group was given electroacupuncture with PNF training and suspension exercise.The application effect of different treatments was compared.Results:After 4 weeks,the scores in the observation group(BBS)and(FM-B)were higher than those in the control group,and the data was significantly different(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the total effective rate(92.15%>(74.51%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture with PNF training and suspension exercise could improve the balance function and effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and was more worthy of popularization.
