氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察。方法:将2016年11月-2017年11月在我院神经内科治疗的100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上观察组给予氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液流变学指标、神经及生活能力指标改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组的72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分及ADL评分明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效显著,能有效改善血液流变学,促进脑部血液循环,加快神经功能的修复,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of clopidogrel with alprostadil on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel with alprostadil.The improvement of clinical efficacy,hemorheology,nerve and ability of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 94%,which was significantly higher than 72%in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity in the observation group were decreased more significantly than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The NIHSS and ADL scores in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group after treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel with alprostadil on acute cerebral infarction was effective on improving hemorheology,promoting cerebral blood circulation and speeding up the repair of nerve function,which was of positive clinical significance.
