摘　　要：罗玲名中医治疗血液病的临床经验,以温阳填精、益气养血、活血化瘀法,整体上改善了白血病患者全血细胞降低,尤其对患者血小板及白细胞的升高作用明显,提高了患者生存质量,改善了预后;以填精助肾、养血祛风为治则治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜而获痊愈;以补益肝肾、祛邪解毒配合西医治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血而获效。Luo Ling has rich clinical experience in treating blood disease by TCM of Wenyang Tianjing(温阳填精),Yiqi Yangxue(益气养血),Huoxue Huayu(活血化瘀).TCM therapy can comprehensively improve the white blood cells,especially for platelet and white blood cells increased obviously,and improve the quality of survival and the prognosis.The Tianjing Zhushen(填精助肾)and Yangxue Qufeng(养血祛风)shows a better effect on immune thrombocytopenic purpura.It is effective to treat chronic aplastic anemia by Buyi Ganshen(补益肝肾)and Quxie Jiedu(祛邪解毒)plus western Medicine.
