中药保留灌肠辅助治疗急性胰腺炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析中药保留灌肠疗效辅助治疗急性胰腺炎观察。方法:选取我院收治的60例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象。对照组给予西药常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予中药保留灌肠辅助治疗,2次/d,留置液体。结果:治疗后,对照组平均住院时间为(12.33±5.78)d显著长于试验组患者住院时间为(9.32±3.22)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组平均排气时间为(3.54±1.54)d,对照组平均排气时间为(5.98±1.78)d,试验组治疗总有效率为93.3%显著高于对照组总有效率为70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组VAS评分为(1.84±0.44)分显著低于对照组评分为(2.77±0.52)分,对照组生活质量评分为(60.30±9.20)分显著低于试验组评分为(76.88±10.90)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠辅助治疗急性胰腺炎疗效较为理想,可显著缓解患者疼痛,提高生活质量,帮助患者尽快恢复健康,具有临床推广的意义。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of TCM medicine retention enema on acute pancreatitis.Methods:60 cases of acute pancreatitis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The control group was given the routine western medicine,and the experimental group received the TCM medicine retention enema more,twice a day;and the liquid was remained.Results:After treatment,the average length of hospitalization in the control group was(12.33±5.78)days,which was significantly longer than(9.32±3.22)days in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average exhaust time in the experimental group was(3.54±1.54)days,and was(5.98±1.78)days in the control group.The significant effective rate in the experimental group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score in the experimental group was(1.84±0.44),and was significantly lower than(2.77±0.52)in the control group.The quality of life score in the control group was(60.30±9.20),and significantly lower than(76.88±10.90)in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine retention enema on acute pancreatitis showed ideal effects,which could significantly relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,and help patients recover as soon as possible,which was of significance of clinical promotion.
