摘　　要：对于女性免疫性不孕症来说,西医尚无理想的治疗措施,而中医辨证论治独具特色和优势。本文总结临证的体会和感悟,以期共享治疗经验,提高临床疗效,笔者认为临证要紧紧围绕以下三个方面为治疗重点,以取得理想的治疗效果。首先要借助"种植"对"生殖"的启示以补肾健脾为辨治大法;其次要发挥中医"生态保胎"疗法的综合调理优势;最后,要重视预培其损的"治未病"思想和药食同治在诊疗中的重要性。For female immune infertility,western medicine has no ideal treatment measures,and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has its own characteristics and advantages.This paper summarizes the experience and comprehension of the clinical evidence,with a view to sharing treatment experience and improving clinical efficacy.In the author’s opinion,it is necessary to focus on the following three aspects in order to achieve the ideal therapeutic effect.First of all,it is necessary to use the enlightenment of“planting”on“reproduction”to strengthen the kidney and spleen for the treatment;Secondly,it is necessary to give full play to the comprehensive conditioning advantage of TCM“ecological preservation”therapy.Finally,we should pay attention to the importance of“preventive treatment of disease”and the treatment of drug and food.
