八段锦对腰椎术后患者康复效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究八段锦锻炼配合常规康复锻炼治疗腰椎术后患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例受试者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规康复锻炼治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予八段锦功法锻炼,比较两组治疗后VAS、JOA、ODI以及HAMD评分差异。结果:观察组VAS、ODI、HAMD评分降低以及JOA评分升高均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究采用八段锦锻炼配合常规康复锻炼治疗腰椎术后患者,临床疗效确切,与对照组比较优势明显。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Baduanjin(八段锦)combined with conventional rehabilitation exercise on patients post lumbar spinal surgery.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation exercise,while the observation group received Baduanjin more.the scores differences of VAS,JOA,ODI and HAMD in groups were compared.Results:The decreasing of VAS,ODI and HAMD scores and the increasing of scores of JOA of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin combined with conventional rehabilitation exercise had a significant clinical curative effect and obvious advantages.
