摘　　要：目的:观察研究中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤化裁治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:此次研究选取2016年12月-2017年12月我院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为联合组和对照组,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果:联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤化裁在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中具有较好的临床治疗效果,有利于改善患者的腰椎间盘突出症状,宜广泛应用于临床治疗中。Objective:To observe the curative effect of TCM manipulation combined with Duhuo Jishen decoction(独活寄生汤)on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:90 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the combination group and the control group.The total effective rate in two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate in the combination group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM manipulation combined with Duhuo Jishen decoction had better a clinical curative effect on lumbar disc herniation,can improve lumbar disc herniation symptoms and should be widely applied in clinical treatment.
