彩鳜人工选育过程及其体色特征

摘　　要：为探索利用天然群体开展人工选育解决鳜养殖中存在的问题,自2003年起,以安徽巢湖、肥东等地收集的野生鳜为亲本,采用群体自繁、种内杂交和人工选择进行综合选育,2005年6月在综合选育F2代中获得了部分鳜体色变异型个体,初步鉴定有红、黄、蓝、黑、白、半透明6种不同体色类型,将体色发生变异的个体统称为彩鳜。为了研究彩鳜体色的发育,选留35尾放入小水泥池中饲养并观察36个月,对其进行研究,并对彩鳜体色的发生和特征进行了描述。In order to explore the use of natural populations for artificial breeding to solve the problems in the production of Siniperca chuatsi aquaculture,since 2003,the wild Siniperca chuatsi collected in Chaohu and Feidong of Anhui Province was used as a parent,comprehensive breeding was made by population self propagation,intraspecific hybridization and artificial selection,in June 2005,part of the body color variant individuals were obtained in the comprehensive breeding F2 generation,six different body color types including red,yellow,blue,black,white,translucent were preliminary identified,individuals whose body color changed were collectively referred to as colored Siniperca chuatsi.In order to study the development of the colored Siniperca chuatsi,35 culms were kept in small cement pond for feeding and observating for 36 months,the occurrence and characteristics of the colored Siniperca chuatsi were described.
