摘  要:针对当前结露验算中的问题,在之前研究的"OSBIM住宅建筑节能计算工具"的基础上,进一步挖掘其功能,研发一个新的抗结露辅助设计模块,可以让建筑师在设计过程中根据所设计的建筑种类(不局限于住宅),在合理决定外围护结构的构造、热阻传热系数和热惰性指标等参数的同时,便捷而直观地计算和判断出围护结构结露状况,解决抗结露设计问题。详细阐述了"OSBIM住宅建筑节能计算工具"中抗结露设计模块的设计依据、组成部分、基本功能以及输入数据要求和输出数据的特点,同时还结合算例对所涉及的建筑围护结构抗结露设计中常见的、有代表性的问题进行了深入的说明。For the current condensation checking,on the basis of the previous study about“OSBIM-energy efficiency calculation tool for residential building”,a new anti-condensation auxiliary design module is explored for furtherexcavating the function of the OSBIM.The module allows the architect to design and determine the parameters of the envelop structure,heat transfer coefficient of thermal resistanceand thermal inertia index according to the type of building designed rationally(not limited to the house).Meanwhile,the architect will calculate and judge the dew condensation of envelop structure and solve the anti-condensation design conveniently and intuitively.The design basis,composition content,basic function,request of input data and feature of output data of the anti-condensation auxiliary design module subordinated to OSBIM are elaborated in details.The normal and typical issues involved to anti-condensation design for envelop are expounded with more in-depth instructions,combined with some calculating examples.
