摘 要:近年来城市内涝问题频频发生,气候变化的影响日趋明显,如何适应这种影响成为未来城市发展的重中之重。选取滨海地区112个地级以上城市为研究对象,利用计算模型对2000—2015年城市建成区道路面积率和变化率进行分析评价,通过自然间断点分级法将城市道路水安全韧性分为高韧性、较高韧性、中等韧性、较低韧性和低韧性五个等级。结果表明:道路面积增长速度整体快于城市扩张速度,直辖市和省会城市韧性整体偏低,2010年后城市道路面积增长速度加快。在评价分析基础上,通过下垫面优化,合理控制道路面积在城市建成区的比例。In recent years,urban waterlogging occurs frequently.The impact of climate change is increasingly evident.Learning how to deal with these impacts is a top priority for future urban development.112 cities in the coastal area are researched.The area ratio and the rate of change of urban built-up area are analyzed and evaluated from 2000 to 2015.The water security resilience of urban road is divided into five grades,including higher resilience,high resilience,medium resilience,less resilience and low resilience by the Jenks natural breaks classification method.The results show that the growth rate of the road area is faster than the speed of urban expansion,and the resilience of the municipalities directly under the central government and the provincial capital cities is relatively low.After 2010,the growth rate of urban road area is accelerated.On the basis of the evaluation,the proportion of the road area in the urban built area is controlled by the underlying surface.
