潮州地区绝经综合征妇女中医体质类型分布研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨潮州地区绝经综合征妇女中医体质类型的分布规律和特点。方法:使用中医体质量表对200例观察组(绝经综合征组)和198例对照组(围绝经期健康体检组)进行问卷调查,分析两组9种体质构成比的差异。结果:观察组的气虚质、血瘀质、气郁质构成比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组偏颇体质中43~48岁年龄段的气虚质,49~55岁年龄段的血瘀质分布高于对照组相应年龄段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气虚质、血瘀质、气郁质是潮州地区绝经综合征妇女偏颇体质中的主要体质,调质防病、改善偏颇体质对治疗和预防绝经综合征妇女有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the distribution laws and character of TCM constitution of Menopausal syndrome women in Chaozhou city.Methods:The survey was made by using TCM constitution scale on 200 cases in the observation group(Menopausal syndrome women)and 198 cases in the control group(healthy people of perimenopausal period),and the constituent of 9 kinds of TCM constitution between the two groups were compared.Results:The constituent of Qixu constitution(气虚质),Xueyu constitution(血瘀质),Qiyu constitution(气郁质)in the observation group were significantly higher;there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).In the observation group,Qixu constitution of 43~48 age and Xueyu constitution of 49~55 age were higher than those in the control group;there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qixu constitution,Xueyu constitution and Qiyu constitution were the major bias constitution of Menopausal syndrome women in Chaozhou city.It was importance in treatment and prevention of women menopause syndrome by improving the bias constitution,based on adjusting the constitution to prevent disease.
