仰卧拔伸手法结合海桐皮汤熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察仰卧拔伸手法结合海桐皮汤熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者128例,采取分层随机法分成两组,对照组采取仰卧拔伸手法治疗,观察组则采取仰卧拔伸手法联合海桐皮汤熏蒸治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率(95.31%)高于对照组(82.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:仰卧拔伸手法结合海桐皮汤熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病可提高治疗效果,具有较高的临床价值,安全性也值得肯定。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of massage plus the fumigation with the Haitongpi decoction(海桐皮汤)on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:128 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was treated by massage.The observation group was treated by the fumigation with the Haitongpi decoction more.Results:The total efficiency was 95.31%in the observation group,was higher than 82.81%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Massage plus the fumigation with the Haitongpi decoction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can improve efficacy,with higher clinical value and safety.
