职业性铅中毒患者驱铅治疗中针对性护理干预的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨职业性铅中毒患者驱铅治疗中针对性护理干预的应用效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将80例职业性铅中毒患者均分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患者均接受依地酸二钠钙驱铅治疗,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上接受针对性护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组患者驱铅治疗总有效率、健康知识知晓率及健康行为达标率、生活质量评分和护理满意度均明显高于对照组,干预后SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对职业性铅中毒患者实施针对性护理干预可有效提高驱铅效果,纠正其健康行为和心理状态,应用前景较高。Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on occupational lead poisoning.Methods:80 cases were divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each.Two groups were treated with calcium citrate flooding.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received targeted nursing intervention more.Intervention effects in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency,health knowledge rate,health behavior compliance rate,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of lead flooding,correct their health behavior and mental state,and have a high prospect.
