摘　　要：本文分别从中、西医角度对胃肠功能障碍的定义、病因病机及治疗进行综述,探讨中西医结合防治危重症患者胃肠功能障碍的研究进展,以期探索出一种安全有效、经济可行的胃肠道保护方案。The definition,pathogenesis and treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the integrative medicine were reviewed,and the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill patients were explored,in order to explore a safe and effective,economical and feasible way to protect the gastrointestinal tract.
