摘 要:本试验旨在研究白藜芦醇(RES)和血根碱(SAG)对0~2月龄荷斯坦犊牛营养物质消化、瘤胃发酵的影响。选用5日龄、体重为(42.22±3.49)kg的54头荷斯坦母犊牛,随机分成3个处理组,每个处理18头。5~11日龄过渡期使用相同代乳粉在犊牛岛进行单独饲喂,此后转移至牛圈进行分栏饲养。对照组犊牛单独饲喂代乳粉(MR);SAG组犊牛在MR中按每千克体重添加0.05 mg SAG;RES组犊牛在MR中按每千克体重添加4 mg RES。试验期为58 d。在犊牛5、56日龄测定体重,28、56日龄采集瘤胃液,57~63日龄时进行消化试验。结果表明:3组犊牛干物质采食量、日增重、饲料转化率无显著差异(P>0.05);RES和SAG对犊牛饲粮中干物质、粗蛋白质、有机物、钙、磷、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率的影响差异均不显著(P>0.05);56日龄,SAG组犊牛瘤胃乙酸浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),RES组犊牛瘤胃液乙酸/丙酸显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,代乳粉中添加RES和SAG对0~2月龄犊牛采食量具有一定促进作用,但对日粮养分消化影响不明显,对瘤胃发酵指标没有不良影响。This study aimed to investigate effect of adding resveratrol(RES)and sanguinarine(SAG)in milk replacer on nutrients digestion and rumen fermentation characteristics of Holstein calves.Fifty-four female Holstein calves with 42.22±3.49 kg of average weight at 5 days of age were randomly divided into three treatment groups(n=18 in each group).During the transitional period of 5~11 days,the calves were raised individual calf hutches with the same milk replacer(MR).Afterwards,they were randomly divided into three treatment groups(n=18 in each group)and transferred to the cattle barns for feeding.In the control group,calves were fed with milk replacer alone;in the SAG group,MR supplemented with SAG(0.05 mg/kg body weight[BW];SAG group),or MR supplemented with RES(4 mg/kg BW;RES group).The trial lasted for 58 d,and live weight was measured at 5 and 56 days of age;rumen fluid was collected at 28 and 56 days of age;digestion trials were performed at 57 to 63 days of age,respectively.As a result,there was no difference in ADG,DMI and the apparent digestibility of the calves among the treatments over the entire experiment(P>0.05);At 56 days of age,the rumen acetic acid molar concentration of calves in SAG group was significantly higher than that in MR group(P<0.05).The rumen acetate:propionate ratio of calves was higher in RES group than that in MR group(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of RES and SAG to milk replacer could promote feed intake of 0~2-month-old calves,but had no significant effect on dietary nutrient digestibility.Meanwhile,there was no adverse effect on rumen fermentation.
