摘 要:动脉可扩张性是衡量血管老化和病变的重要指标之一。为改善动脉可扩张性的测量方法,对一种无损测量方法的可行性和适用范围进行了试验验证。试验在两种不同可扩张性橡胶管上分别取14个测量位置,采集观测点的即时压力、流量和直径3个参数,采用无损法计算其可扩张性,并与传统方法和波强分析法获得的结果进行对比分析。结果表明:以传统法为基准,无损测量法可有效评估橡胶管的可扩张性;通过波强分析法验证了无损法能有效分离脉搏波;橡胶管可扩张性越差,无损测量法的有效范围越小。无损测量法可有效获得动脉血管壁上具体位置的可扩张性,并且基于波强分析理论分离的波形可为动脉血管壁力学特性分析提供一定的参考依据。Arterial distensibility is one of the important indicators to measure the aging and pathological changes of vessels.In order to improve the measurement method,the feasibility and application scope of a nondestructive measurement method were tested and verified.Fourteen measuring points were taken on two different expansionary rubber tubes in test,the real-time pressure,flow rate and diameter of the measuring point were collected,the non-invasive method was used to calculate rubber tube'distensibility,and the results obtained from the non-invasive method were compared with the results obtained from the traditional method and wave analysis method.The results show that the non-invasive measurement method can effectively evaluate the distensibility of the rubber tubes,and its effective separation of the pulse wave was verified by the wave strength analysis method,and the less distensibility of the rubber tube,the smaller the effective range of the non-invasive measurement method.Non-invasive measurement method can effectively obtain the distensibility of specific sites on artery vessel wall,and the waveforms based on wave intensity analysis theory can provide a reference for the analysis of the mechanical properties of arterial vessel wall.
