摘 要:以某电厂四墙切圆燃烧锅炉为工程原型搭建模型,并在该锅炉模型基础上通过改变燃烧器组的位置,形成四角切圆燃烧方式的锅炉模型。通过数值模拟的方法研究了四墙切圆燃烧和四角切圆燃烧的炉内空气动力场、温度场及组分场,分析了2种不同切圆燃烧方式的燃烧特性和烟气成分分布特性,对燃烧稳定性、未燃尽度、温度偏差及污染排放等综合性能上进行了对比。结果表明,四墙切圆燃烧在气流组织的均匀性、未燃尽度、温度偏差及污染排放等综合性能优于四角切圆燃烧,可为切圆燃烧锅炉的选型提供参考。A model was built upon the engineering prototype of four-wall tangentially-fired boiler of a power plant.On the basis of this boiler model,four-corner tangentially-fired boiler model was formed by changing the position of the burner group.Aerodynamic field,temperature field and component field in the furnace of four-wall tangentially-fired boiler and four-corner tangentially-fired boiler were investigated by numerical simulation.Combustion characteristics and gas composition contribution characteristics of the two different tangentially-fired types were analyzed.The comprehensive performances of combustion stability,unburnt degree,temperature deviation and pollution emission were compared.The results show that,the comprehensive performance of four-wall tangentially-fired is superior to that of four-corner tangentially-fired in the airflow uniformity,unburnt degree,temperature deviation and pollution emission,which can provide a reference for the selection of tangentially-fired boilers.
