摘 要:本文以某300 MW抽汽式供热机组为例,以机组供热时实际运行数据为基础,通过建立变工况全面热平衡计算数学模型,以理论计算与实际运行数据相结合,对机组采用旋转隔板抽汽供热的经济性进行计算,并对变工况下3种不同供热汽源的经济性进行了对比。结果表明:旋转隔板的投运会引起中压缸效率的明显下降,负荷越低下降幅度越大,使得机组供热收益降低;在高负荷时,采用旋转隔板的3段抽汽供热节能收益最大,但在260 MW及以下的供热工况,由于旋转隔板节流损失较大,3段抽汽供热经济性较差,而采用再热冷端供热的经济性最好。In this study,a mathematical model for comprehensive heat balance calculation under variable conditions is established based on the actual operation data of a 300 MW extraction heating unit.Combining with the theoretical calculations and actual operation data,the economy of extraction heating unit with rotating board is calculated.And then the economies of three different heating steam sources under variable operating conditions are compared.The calculation results show that the operation of the rotating board has a negative effect on the medium pressure cylinder efficiency.The lower the load,the greater the decline of the medium pressure cylinder efficiency,resulting in lower heating gains.At high loads,the three-stage extraction heating unit using rotating board has the largest energy savings.However,under the heating conditions of 260 MW and below,because of the large throttling loss of the rotating board,the three-stage extraction heating unit has poor economy.The economy of heating unit with reheating cold-side is the best.
