摘  要:商品有机肥是通过市场化运作实现畜禽粪便资源化利用的有效途径。以实地调研、文献查阅和统计年鉴数据为基础,对我国各省商品有机肥的生产潜力和需求量进行测算,提出商品有机肥供给盈余率的概念,对生产潜力与农作物种植需求总量、果菜茶种植需求量的匹配程度进行量化,在此基础上分析商品有机肥发展布局。结果表明,我国整体的商品有机肥生产潜力低于农作物种植的需求总量,但能够满足果菜茶的种植需求。各省间商品有机肥生产潜力和需求量匹配程度差别较大,结合畜禽粪便资源量的分布,将全国划分为商品有机肥的鼓励发展区、大力发展区和适度发展区,然后分区提出商品有机肥发展建议,以为推进我国畜禽粪便资源化利用提供参考依据。Commercial organic fertilizer is an effective way to promote resource utilization of livestock manure through the market-based operation mode.Based on the combination of field investigation,literature researches and data from statistical yearbook,productive potential and demand for commercial organic fertilizer were computed.Surplus ratio was introduced to quantify the match degree of productive potential with the demand of all the crops planting and with the demand of vegetable,fruit and tea planting.Development arrangement for commercial organic fertilizer was discussed based on surplus ratio.The result shows that productive potential was less than the demand of all crops planting and exceeded that of vegetable,fruit and tea planting in the whole country.The surplus ratio varied greatly among provinces in China.Combined with both surplus ratio and manure amount in each province,the country was divided into three regions like the development zone of commercial organic fertilizer,energetical development zone and moderate development zone respectively.Suggestions for commercial organic fertilizer development were proposed for each zone,which provided reference for the promotion of livestock manure resource utilization in China.
