摘　　要：笔者以肇庆市工业贸易学校开发的OA办公自动化系统为案例,讨论了开发应用的关键性技术。采用B/S开发结构,以MVC实现逻辑层与表现层的分离,通过工作流的方式管理工作审批,通过RBAC角色访问控制控制系统的访问权限,采用XAMP软件,建立LAMP开发平台。系统分为个人办公模块、公文处量模块、信息发布模块、内部交流模块等,实现了学校内部网上信息共享、网上发文收文、网上审批、网上交流等功能。经过使用,系统可以满足肇庆市工业贸易学校的日常教学管理及办公需求。Taking the OA office automation system developed by Zhaoqing industry and trade school as a case,the author discusses the key technologies of developing and applying.The B/S development structure is adopted to separate the logic layer from the presentation layer by MVC,manage the work approval through the workflow,access the access authority of the control control system through the RBAC role,and use the XAMP software to establish the LAMP development platform.The system can be divided into personal office module,document quantity module,information release module and internal communication module.It realizes the functions of information sharing in the school,Internet service,online examination and approval,online communication and so on.After use,the system can meet the daily teaching management and office r equirements of Zhaoqing industrial and trade school.
