摘　　要：针对某新型自动装弹机故障检测设备复杂,维修训练难度大的现状,设计了一种简易的故障注入器。通过研究自动装弹机的动作机理以及需求分析,确定了总体设计思路,选取了自动装弹机的典型故障进行故障分析、建模,进行了故障注入器的原理分析,设计了故障注入器的主要功能模块。实验结果表明:设计的故障注入器工作可靠,性能优良,达到了预期的效果。In view of the complexity of a new autoloader fault detection device and the difficulty of maintenance training,a simple fault i时ector is designed.Through the study of autoloader's action mechanism and requirement analysis,the overall design idea is determined.The typical failure of the autoloader is selected for fault analysis and modeling.The principle of the fault injector is analyzed and the main functional modules of the fault i时ector are designed.The experimental results show that the design of the fault injector is reliable,the performance is excellent,and the expected effect is achieved.
