摘  要:针对学生对装配图绘制方法不易接受,把绘制装配图理解为零件视图的简单堆砌、图样不能正确表达零件间装配关系的问题,提出了基于联接约束的装配定位判别方法,列举了联接面常用的4种约束方式:配合、贴合、旋合、啮合,指导学生在绘制装配图时,分析零件间联接面的约束方式,使零件在装配体中实现定位,然后把零件视图绘制或插入在装配图的准确位置上。该方法引导学生主动分析装配关系,有效避免了装配图样中结构表达的错误。Students are not easy to accept the method of drawing assembly drawings.The drawing assembly drawing is understood as a simple stacking of parts view.The drawing cannot correctly express the assembly relationship between parts.This paper proposes an assembly positioning discriminant method based on joint constraints,and lists four common restraint methods for joint surfaces:fit,laminating,screw,and mesh.When instructing students to draw assembly drawings,we analyze the constraints of the connection planes between parts,so that the parts are positioned in the assembly,and then the part views are drawn or inserted in the exact position of the assembly drawings.This method guides students to actively analyze the assembly relationship and effectively avoids structural errors in assembly drawings.
