摘　　要：压裂返排液具有成分复杂、水质波动大,处理难度大的特点。针对油气田的压裂返排液含油量、含泥砂量比较高的特点,专门研发设计了直喷式除油除泥一体机,用于压裂返排液预处理工序。为了确定直喷式除油除泥一体机的结构参数,对压裂返排液水质进行了成分分析。根据压裂返排液的成分分析,确定了直喷式除油泥一体机药剂添加种类与添加量。为了确定其各区域处理效果,对各区域的出水水质进行了分析。The fracturing and returning fluid has the characteristics of complex composition,large fluctuation of water quality and difficulty in handling.In view of the relatively high oil content and relatively high content of muddy sand in the fracturing and returning fluid of oil and gas fields,a direct injection degreasing and desilt machine is specially developed as a pretreatment process for fracturing and returning fluid.In order to determine the structural parameters of the direct injection degreasing and desilt machine,the composition of the fracturing and returning fluid is analyzed.According to the composition analysis of the fracturing and returning liquid,the types and amounts of the chemical additives for the direct injection degreasing and desilt machine are determined.In order to determine the treatment effect of each region,the effluent quality in each region is analyzed.
