摘　　要：轮胎是拖挂钻机移运系统的主要部件,正确选择轮胎可延长使用寿命,也是移运操作安全性的重要保障。文中结合拖挂钻机的转运作业特点、使用路况环境及轮胎承载负荷等因素,分析讨论了移运系统在轮胎类型、规格、层级和花纹选择的基本原则和要求,并针对拖挂钻机移运轮胎载荷计算的8种工况,给出了轮胎载荷的计算公式、载荷变化特点、轮胎接地比压的计算公式,最后通过5000 m全拖挂钻机移运系统的设计实例,说明了轮胎选择和载荷分析的具体过程,为其它拖挂钻机移运系统的设计提供了参考。The tire is the main component of the trailer mounted rig.The correct choice of tires can extend the service life,which is also an important guarantee for the safety of the transfer operations.This paper discusses the basic principles and requirements for the selection,type,grade and pattern of the tire transport system based on the characteristics of the transport operation of the trailer mounted rig and the use of road conditions and tire load.Under the eight operating conditions of the trailer mounted rig to move the tire load,the calculation formula of the tire load,the characteristics of the load variation,and the calculation formula of the tire ground specific pressure are given.Through the design example of the 5000 m trailer mounted rig moving system,the specific process of tire selection and load analysis is explained,which provides a reference for the design of other trailer mounted rig moving systems.
