摘　　要：介绍了单一孔型系统的构成和设计原则并对其进行优化,介绍了优化后的椭圆—圆—圆—圆孔型系统和轧制参数设计,对轧制程序表进行重新编制。生产证明,轧制工艺过程稳定,中间道次断面尺寸控制较好,盘圆成品尺寸精度达到±0.10 mm,椭圆度≯0.12 mm。The composition and design principle of single pass system are introduced and optimized.The optimized ellipse-round-roundround pass system and rolling parameter design are introduced.The rolling program table is reworked out.The production proved that the rolling process is stable,the middle pass section size is well controlled,the dimension accuracy of the finished product is±0.10 mm,and the ovality is not more than 0.12 mm.
