摘  要:利用地面加密自动站、卫星、多普勒天气雷达及常规观测资料,对2017年8月5日发生在天津滨海新区南部的一次极端短时强降水过程进行详细分析。结果表明:这是一次高空冷涡影响下的强对流天气,强降水发生前期维持高温高湿的环境,地面辐合线的形成和冷空气的入侵加剧了近地面气流的抬升,且较强降水提前1~2,h出现。对流云团不断合并、发展,东北-西南向积云线的形成对强降水有一定的指示意义。The extreme short-term heavy precipitation in southern Tianjin Binhai New Area on August 5,2017 was analyzed based on the data from intensified automatic surface observation,satellite,Doppler radar as well as conventional observations.The results showed that it was a strong convective weather under the influence of cold vortex.In the early stage of strong precipitation,the environment of high temperature and humidity was maintained,and the formation of the convergence line of the ground and the invasion of cold air increased the uplift of the near surface airflow,and the strong precipitation showed up 1~2,h in advance.The convective cloud merged and developed,the formation of the northeast and southwestern cumulus lines has certain directive significance for heavy rainfall.
