摘 要:某国产MPV汽车在开发过程中发现,匀速80Km/h行驶时车内噪声较大,且190—290Hz占主要成分。针对该问题,通过传递路径分析方法,逐步排查发动机悬置、传动轴、悬架、车内地板各子系统对车内噪声传递的影响。测试发现车内地板在190—290Hz振动明显,且对车内噪声贡献量最大;通过工作变形分析,进一步证实了该问题;最后在整个后地板铺装了阻尼胶板,后地板振动减小,车内噪声在该频段下降1.5d B,该问题得到了解决。During the development process of a domestic MPV vehicle,it was found that the noise inside the vehicle is higher at a uniform speed of 80 Km/h and 190-290Hz is the main component.The transmission path analysis method is adopted aiming to this problem,which gradually checked engine mo unt,transmission shaft,suspension and the impact of the subsystems on the interior noise transmission of the vehicle.According to a series of tests,the floor in the car was found to be significant at 190-290 Hz and the contribution to the interior noise was greatest.The analysis was further confirmed by the work deformation analysis.Finally,damping rubber sheets were installed on the entire rear floor,vibration of the rear floor was reduced,and noise in the interior of the car was reduced by 1.5 dB at this frequency band.This problem was solved.The paper's research method has proved the control method of the floor vibration in the car,and has certain guiding significance for other similar engineering problems.
