水文在长江经济带“共抓大保护”中的作用及思考——以长江九江段为例

摘　　要：长江经济带"不搞大开发,共抓大保护"已经上升为国家战略。以长江九江段为例,阐述了水文在长江经济带"共抓大保护"中的作用是为防汛抗旱、水资源管理、水生态保护等提供水量水质监测基础数据及分析成果,提出要打造生命水文、资源水文、生态水文、社会水文服务品牌,让水文在长江经济带"共抓大保护"中起到技术支撑作用。In the Yangtze Economic Belt,野promoting well-coordinated environmental conservation and avoiding excessive development冶has turned to be the national strategy.Taking Jiujiang Section of the Yangtze River as an example,the roles of hydrology in野promoting well-coordinated environmental conservation冶of Yangtze Economic Belt are discussed,such as providing basic data and analytical results of water quantity and quality for flood control and drought relief,water resources management and water ecology conservation.It aims to create hydrological services for life,resources,ecology and society and maximize function of technical support of hydrology under the initiative of野promoting well-coordinated environmental conservation冶of Yangtze Economic Belt.
